Free UK Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £150. Orders under £150 are charged at a flat rate of £3.95.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

European Shipping We ship across Europe at a flat rate of €20. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 5–7 working days.

International Shipping We ship worldwide via DHL. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days depending on destination.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Returns We want you to love your Clyn trousers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges We are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us at [your email] to arrange this. Please note that shipping charges apply to all exchanges.

Sustainable Packaging At Clyn we are committed to minimising our environmental impact. All orders are dispatched in fully recyclable and sustainably sourced packaging. We never use single-use plastic in our packaging.
