Returns Policy

At Clyn we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Please retain your proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@clynlondon.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@clynlondon.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Exchanges We are happy to exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@clynlondon.com to arrange your exchange. Please note that shipping charges apply to all exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the outcome within 2 working days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

If more than 10 working days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@clynlondon.com.

EU Customers If you are based in the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
